payment & insurance

My fees start at $150. While I do not take insurance directly, I am an out-of-network provider and will provide you with all of the information necessary to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I am happy to help in any way I can.

PAYMENT

Personal checks, cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) are acceptable forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If possible, I will make every effort to reschedule cancelled appointments within the same week. I ask that you notify me about a cancelled session at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be expected to pay the full cost of the session.

REDUCED FEE

I am able to offer reduced fee services on a limited basis. Let me know if you would like to discuss a sliding scale fee.
