Getting started is easy. You can book an initial phone consultation through this website or reach out directly via phone or email. A consultation lasts 15-20 minutes, is free of charge and provides us an opportunity to begin discussing what you want to focus on in therapy and determine whether I would be a good fit in helping you to achieve your goals.

I do not accept insurance directly. However, I will provide you with a detailed monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your mental health coverage and reimbursement options.

If possible, I will make every effort to reschedule cancelled appointments within the same week. I ask that you notify me about a cancelled session at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be expected to pay the full cost of the session.
